I spent my childhood alongside my brothers in Vallabhipur. Being the youngest, I was always the one soaking in everything by watching, learning and absorbing. I was still in high school when Jitubhai moved to Surat to explore another industry, and Kiritbhai left for Bangalore to pursue his diploma. Back home, I balanced school with helping our father at his pharmacy store. That was something he made sure all three of us did, not as a chore but as a quiet training ground. Looking back, I think that’s where the three of us unknowingly laid the foundation for everything we would one day build; by understanding responsibility, people, the basics of commitment and the value of honest work.

A Call That Changed My Course

After 10th grade, Jitubhai called me to Surat to continue my education. I was young, just beginning to dream, and I trusted the direction my brothers showed me. I came to Surat and stayed with him while studying further. I joined college here, but what pulled me more than lectures and textbooks was the sense of momentum around me. My brothers were building something and the energy was electric. Deep inside, I knew that this was where I belonged.

Bricks, Sweat, and the Beginning of Legacy   

During my first year of college, Jitubhai acquired land for our new factory on Ved Road. It wasn’t just construction; it was the building of a future. From digging the foundation to laying slabs, mixing cement, plastering walls, and managing plumbing; I was right there, witnessing it all. Though I was still enrolled in college, my heart leaned towards the business. I saw what my brothers were creating and felt an unspoken calling. After a year or two, I joined them fully, not just out of choice but out of conviction

My Responsibility, My Foundation

While Jitubhai and Kiritbhai managed the GIDC unit, I took charge of the Ved Road factory. I didn’t just run operations, I grew with them. I understood machines, markets, manpower, and management by doing, failing, learning, and evolving. I began developing new fabric qualities, exploring sales, building customer trust, everything step by step and thread by thread.

We opened more factories, reached more people, and carved a name for ourselves in the Surat textile industry as Ozone Textiles. But more than buildings or brands, we were building something even more valuable: trust.

Building a Bond Beyond Blood & Balance-Sheet     

As Ozone grew, so did the people behind it. But we didn’t just build a team, we built a family. With every new member, we didn’t just gain hands to work, we gained hearts we could trust. We’ve never looked at our people as employees.Their challenges became ours to solve, their wins became ours to celebrate. Because we’ve always believed that the true strength of a business lies not in its numbers, but in its people. And we’ve made it our responsibility to ensure that no one ever stands alone.

My Brothers: My Pillars, My Partners

Since the time I was a child, my brothers have fulfilled every wish I had, sometimes even before I asked. Their love never came with conditions. Their belief in me never wavered. They didn’t just include me in their journey, they made sure I could walk it with pride. Everything I am today, I owe to my brothers. Not because they gave me opportunities, but because they believed in me before I even believed in myself. We haven’t just worked together, we’ve grown together with unshakable unity.

From Foundation to Future

Jitubhai was the one to innovate. He saw what didn’t exist and created it. Kiritbhai pushed the boundaries. He challenged what existed and made it even better. And I became the spine. The one who stood steady when tides turned, who turned scattered efforts into synchronized progress. Where they envisioned and expanded, I executed and anchored. Now, with Miraj and Viraj stepping into the business, it feels like a full-circle moment. We see ourselves in them; the same drive, the same sincerity, the same fire. They’re not taking it over, they’re taking it forward

The Core of it All

When I look at my brothers, our children stepping into the business, and everything we’ve built together at Ozone, two emotions ground me: pride and peace. I may have joined this journey when the wheels were already turning, but from the moment I stepped in, I poured every ounce of myself into it; with relentless honesty, a strong dedication, and hard work that knew no shortcuts. These values weren’t just principles. They became my compass. Because at the core of everything I do, I’ve held onto one simple philosophy that has never failed me: “The power of truth can make a way anywhere.”
