Mr. Jitendra Bhalani, a 12th pass from Bhavnagar, began his journey not in a boardroom, but behind the counter of his father’s medical store in Vallabhipur. With no formal business degree but a deep sense of responsibility and drive, he started helping at the store at the age of 16, a foundation that instilled discipline, customer service, and work ethic early on.

Mr. Kirit Bhalani’s journey began in the quiet lanes of Vallabhipur, where he completed his schooling and pursued a Diploma in Pharmacy to assist at the family’s medical store. Rooted in responsibility from a young age, he learned the value of hard work and commitment early in life.
Haresh Bhalani
Founder
Mr. Haresh Bhalani exemplifies steady leadership and operational expertise at Ozone Textile. Growing up in Vallabhipur as the youngest of three brothers, he seamlessly balanced his academic pursuits with hands-on involvement in the family business. This early exposure instilled in him a deep sense of responsibility, discipline, and integrity that continue to define his professional ethos.
Miraj Bhalani
Miraj Bhalani brings a fresh and global perspective to the leadership team at Ozone Textile, backed by a solid academic foundation and diverse industry exposure. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce majoring in Finance and Accounting from Pandit Deendayal Energy University (PDEU), and a Master of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management and Finance from Syracuse University, USA. He has also cleared Level 1 of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program, demonstrating his commitment to financial excellence.
Viraj Bhalani
Mr. Viraj Bhalani is a versatile and forward-thinking member of Ozone Textile’s leadership team. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from Simon Fraser University, Canada, he brings with him a global perspective, a deep understanding of interpersonal dynamics, and a strong foundation in client-oriented communication; skills that are increasingly relevant in today’s evolving business landscape.
