Ozone Group was established through the shared vision, perseverance, and entrepreneurial spirit of three brothers. What began as a modest endeavor has today evolved into a dynamic enterprise, proudly comprising over 400 dedicated professionals. United by a common purpose, we collectively drive the organization toward sustained excellence and innovation. As J.R.D. Over the course of 34 years, our organization has successfully navigated numerous economic and industrial cycles, consistently emerging more resilient, disciplined, and forward-focused. Our commitment to excellence is further strengthened by our robust, vertically integrated infrastructure. From the procurement of high-grade raw materials to the weaving of fine-quality fabrics, every stage of production is executed with precision and care. In recent years, Ozone has made significant technological advancements, transitioning from conventional power looms to state-of-the-art water-jet looms, and now operating with the latest air-jet power looms—dramatically enhancing both our production capacity and responsiveness to client demands. In alignment with our environmental responsibility, our water-jet weaving operations strictly comply 

with the regulations and licensing mandates of the Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB), ensuring sustainability through responsible resource management. 

Additionally, the introduction of yarn sizing machinery allows us to supply superior-quality beams directly to our customers, further strengthening our value chain. As we look to the future, Ozone has planned a series of vertically integrated projects designed to set new benchmarks in the textile industry, reinforcing our leadership position and long-term vision. 

My Vision and Mission 

The textile industry is vast, evolving, and filled with opportunities for innovation. My vision is to create a seamlessly integrated ecosystem wherein every stage of the textile process—from raw material to the final product—is housed under one roof. This integration not only ensures greater quality control and efficiency but also empowers us to deliver exceptional value to our customers. 

Challenges are an inevitable part of any journey, but I remain guided by the words of Ratan Tata: “Business is a continuing process of learning. The day you stop learning, you stop growing.” At Ozone, we have embraced this mindset wholeheartedly. Each day brings new lessons, and it is through these daily challenges that we grow stronger, wiser, and more determined to lead. 

I am deeply committed to embracing technological advancements that improve the speed, efficiency, and precision of our operations. While we currently specialize in the manufacturing of greige fabric, my long-term aspiration is to transform Ozone into a pioneering brand that not only meets market expectations but shapes them. I envision a future where Ozone sets industry trends and serves as a benchmark for others to follow. 

Ultimately, my dream is to evolve from being a producer of greige fabric to becoming a global provider of premium, finished garments—delivering excellence from fiber to fashion.
